The Giving Challenge is returning for another exciting year, offering our community the opportunity to come together and make a meaningful, lasting impact.
Each year, the Giving Challenge encourages individuals, families, and businesses to support the Foundation by contributing to the Community Fund. Donations made during the challenge help grow the permanent endowment that continues to support local organizations, programs, and projects for generations to come.
The impact of this initiative continues to grow. Last year’s Giving Challenge raised more than $25,000, thanks to the generosity of community members who believe in strengthening our region.
Since 1996, the Beautiful Plains Community Foundation has distributed over $1.4 million in Community Fund Grants, supporting projects that enhance the quality of life throughout our communities. From improvements to community facilities and recreation spaces to supporting local programs and services, these grants help bring important ideas and initiatives to life.
Every contribution made during the Giving Challenge helps grow the Community Fund and expand the support available to local non-profit organizations.
